Many times we have experienced non-death loss, suffering, and pain hoping that it would have disappeared with time but the intense pain, hurt, and anger continues to remain.
My most important goal is to build a safe therapeutic relationship with clients. Once safety is established, I journey with clients in helping them discover and connect with their core self. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, immigration, racism, domestic abuse, life transitions, relational issues, grief and spirituality.
