Details: Tuesday July 18 2023, 7:00pm-8:30pm virtually. In this group you will gain information about symptoms of anxiety and strategies for supporting your anxious child. We will review evidence-based approaches to helping children overcome their worries and fears including how to respond when your child is panicking, looking for reassurance, or being kept awake by their worries.
