I'm glad you’re here. Maybe you're feeling anxious, burnt out, stuck, or just not like yourself lately. You might be juggling a lot—work stress, relationship stuff, self-doubt, or a big life change. Maybe you’re a caregiver: nurse, teacher, parent/family member, or are supporting someone with mental health struggles and it's taking a toll. I help people make sense of their emotions, navigate relationships, and feel more grounded in who they are. I work with men looking to explore their emotions and the pressures they face. Online booking is available through my website for initial and follow-up individual 50 minute sessions.
My approach to therapy is relational, relaxed, and rooted in the belief that therapy should feel like a real conversation — one where you’re met with curiosity, compassion, and understanding. In our work together, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental environment as you move toward meaningful change. I work from a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive lens.
I’m interested in how you make meaning, how you connect with others, and what kind of life you want to live - on your terms. Whether you come on your own or with someone, this is a space to be heard, supported, and gently challenged — as you move toward the kind of life and relationships that feel more aligned and fulfilling. I look forward to meeting you!
