My work is grounded in compassion, creativity and connection, offering a hands-on (and messy) approach for healthy self-expression, growth and healing.
Art therapy allows children to cope and express themselves through creativity, visually communicating their concerns when talking feels too difficult. This process invites kids to externalize and detach from their problems, allowing their artwork to hold any concerns they need to release, while fostering a sense of control, safety and empowerment.
My therapeutic space is always warm, safe and supportive for kids to feel secure and confident when exploring and overcoming their struggles.
