Since 2019, I have focused my practice on supporting individuals and relationships within the queer community, including those exploring non-monogamy, kink/BDSM, and other LGBTQ2S+ identities. Many of my clients are navigating relationships that exist outside of cisheteronormative and mononormative frameworks. I also work with clients whose experiences—such as neurodivergence, living with a disability, or navigating trauma—affect their relationships and sense of connection.
My approach combines Gottman Method Couples Therapy—which provides a structured, research-based foundation—with Anti-Oppressive and Feminist frameworks. My goal is to help clients cultivate deeper understanding and resilience while creating intentional relationships that reflect their values, capacity, and dreams.
