We are accepting new clients of all ages for psychotherapy. At Allius Counselling, we support people to connect with themselves in order to better connect with others. Brain-Based Parenting: Neuroscience and Connection

This is a parenting group to enhance the parent-child relationship. Understand the "why" of your child's behaviour and learn those strategies that work for maintaining healthy brain development. It is designed for parents who may be feeling stressed by their child's behaviour or for parents who are struggling to maintain their connection to their child. The clinician guided activities and discussions reflect current attachment research principles. Four weeks with two different group choices in November -- online may be an option. Cost is $200 plus GST for the 4 sessions.
