I’m Allison Wood, a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting women through life’s most pivotal moments. At Nest Therapy, I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings—and find ways forward that feel manageable and authentically you.
I believe therapy works best when it’s grounded in trust, compassion, and collaboration.
