Throughout my practice, I have developed a particular interest and expertise in working with individuals dealing with obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, and anxiety disorders, as well as assisting clients navigate various life transitions. I am dedicated to helping clients build effective strategies to challenge the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that sustain these disorders and help them cultivate resilience. My approach to psychotherapy is warm, kind, and deeply rooted in empathy, understanding, and collaboration.
Research tells us that a large percentage of therapeutic outcomes rests on the therapeutic relationship. I provide you with a safe and non-judgemental space to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. My aim is for our sessions to feel as warm as having coffee in your pyjamas with your best friend... Only with evidence-based strategies and techniques!
