About
Life can be difficult to navigate at times, and may leave you and your family feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected. During these times, children and teens often need a little extra encouragement and support to work through the challenges of mental health, chronic illness, family conflict or the heaviness of grief and loss. I am a Child and Family Counsellor & Art Therapist with 15 years specializing in child and family counselling. I have a strong passion to support young people gain deeper insights into their challenges, support with self expression and to find tools to support their overall health and development.
My approach is holistic and person-centred, where you and your child are witnessed and heard. I meet you where you are at, and I walk compassionately and collaboratively alongside you at a pace that feels right for you. Together we will explore your concerns, experiences and feelings and help bring you towards what is meaningful for you in your life.
I believe that one of the most important elements in therapy is having an authentic therapeutic relationship and so I offer a 15 minute complementary consultation to see if I am the right fit for you and your family. I look forward to learning about your unique strengths and supporting their journey towards self-discovery, healing and growth.
