I work with adults and youth (14+) on a diverse range of mental health issues, often related to anxiety, trauma, ADHD, neurodivergence, stress management, perfectionism and low self esteem. Some have lived with significant mental health symptoms for years, and others are newly suffering due to a loss or other big life change. Most are frustrated by thoughts, emotions and impulses that pull them away from living a more intentional life. They are stuck or lost and seeking a place that feels safe inside and out.
Drawing from cognitive and mindfulness informed modalities, I help clients to set and reach meaningful life goals from a place of self compassion, to notice and shift unhelpful patterns and to tap into their own powers of creativity and imagination to find new ways of coping with life's difficult experiences.
Research overwhelmingly shows that a good relationship with your therapist is fundamental to your success in therapy. The experience of “feeling felt” is what makes therapy meaningful. Our ability to connect is the most important factor to your success. That’s why I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we're a fit.
