I have over 15 years of experience and enjoy working with all ages. I provide play therapy for children, somatic (body-based) and parts therapy for individuals, and utilize the Gottman Method for couples therapy. I provide a safe space for you, your partner and/or child to explore troublesome thoughts, behaviours, and/or relational disconnection.
