My passion is leading people from feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or stuck due to unhappy, unhealthy life experience, to feeling empowered, unstuck, positive and in charge of their lives.
Primarily, I use CBT methods, but I have experience in coaching and several modalities (including; TFM, Parent-teen conflict resolution, Parenting Strategies, Courageous Compassion, Loss Recovery, Cancer Coping, & Life Coaching) so that we can develop a plan that is customized to the goals and comfort of the client.
Supporting confidentiality & client comfort, I chose to rent an apt. for my office. It has a relaxed client/kid-friendly feeling. I offer limited 'after-work' hrs.
