I work well with those who feel existentially unsettled – people navigating periods of transition, spiritual questioning, grief and loss, burnout, or a growing sense that inherited models of success no longer fit their inner life. For those who are drawn to symbolic and contemplative practices, and who are seeking a therapist who won’t pathologize their spiritual sensibility, I offer a reflective, grounded, and intellectually serious space.
Drawing from depth psychology, existential and humanistic traditions, and a nuanced understanding of contemporary spirituality and religion, I help clients explore how practices, symbols, imagination, embodiment, and personal narratives shape the experience of selfhood.
Grounded in evidence-based clinical practice and informed by current scholarship in religion, spirituality, esotericism, and embodied experience, my approach honors both the rigor of the consulting room, and the mystery that lives at the edges of it. I do not exclude one for the other and invite clients to bring the entirety of themselves into session.
