My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing (SE) and AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy)—both trauma-informed, body-based, and emotion-focused modalities. These methods support your healing by working not just with thoughts, but with felt experience—helping you reconnect to yourself, your voice, and your strength from the inside out.
