About
I am accepting new individual clients (adults and youth) online to residents anywhere in British Columbia. I support those managing: trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, divorce/custody litigation, sexual abuse, perinatal issues, anxiety, and depression. My approach is an integration of EMDR, mindfulness, narrative and strengths-based modalities tailored to you!
I worked for years in smaller communities, and have been a generalist by necessity to the communities and worked with many presenting issues. Over the years, I have developed special attention to working with trauma -complex and acute. I have linked this passion of working with trauma to perinatal issues, sexual assault/abuse, and family law litigation.
I invite you to connect with me for a brief phone call (free of charge) so that I can answer any questions you might have about me or the counselling process. This is a great opportunity to see if I might be a good fit for you to work with.
