Life is a journey, and sometimes life's path offers rough terrain. Sometimes all we need is for someone to walk with us, and support us through life's challenges. As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor I strive to help clients gain awareness into their personal struggles, and ultimately find healing in such areas. I aim to offer a safe, warm and welcoming environment where clients can feel supported, validated and ultimately find hope.
I am trained in many therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural, Gestalt, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, that I draw from depending on the client's needs. I am trained in individual and group counselling, and work with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-worth, mood disorders and family/relationship.
