My name is Dr. Allisha Patterson and I am a registered psychologist practicing in the White Rock/South Surrey area. A little about me…Prior to moving into private practice, I worked at the BC Operational Stress Injury Clinic with military and RCMP members. I continue to work with these populations but my practice also focuses on the treatment of anxiety (OCD, panic disorder, social phobia, GAD) and mood disorders with adolescents & adults outside of these organizations.
Treatment is typically grounded in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - an empirically validated treatment for many mental health conditions. My approach is extremely collaborative and together we will determine treatment goals – you are the expert on your life after all!
