My name is Tim Roache and I'm the sole proprietor of Finest Kind Counselling. Reaching out to a therapist can be a difficult or even a frightening experience for some people. It's perfectly normal to feel that way. However, if you have been struggling with anxiety, depression or other issues affecting your daily living, speaking to a therapist can be an enlightening experience and could change your life in a positive way. Establishing an awareness of your challenges can be the first step in the healing process in determining your needs, goals and why you want to better yourself.
