About
We offer a variety of counselling services which are tailored to the unique needs of each individual client. All sessions are based on a foundation of respect and acceptance. Everyone in our clinic strives to offer a safe and supportive environment for all clients. We have registered psychologist, provisional psychologists, certified counsellors, and student interns.
Our approach to counselling is very much client centered; however, we have clinicians that incorporate cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapy, narrative therapy, play therapy, art therapy, somatic experiencing, EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, emotion focused therapy and other therapies.
Our experience includes, but are not limited to anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, grief and loss, substance abuse, trauma, work/life stress/balance, self-esteem, homosexuality, addiction, school and learning challenges, life challenges, family trouble, and psycho-educational assessments.
