I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, emotional pain, and the complexities of relationships. I come to counselling not only with professional training but with life experience from parenting, small business ownership, and years in frontline social work and crisis response. These experiences have shaped me profoundly, fostering patience, openness, and understanding to the challenges life brings.
