Families in TRANS-ition
A space in which caregivers of 2SLGBTQ+ children & youth can come together for education and resources, to obtain support from facilitators and other parents, and to build community for themselves and their children. The group is run by 2SLGBTQ+ identified social workers and covers topics such as terms and identities, grief and loss, coming out, safety, culture and community and is part education and part support. The program starts September 16th for 10 weeks and is free of charge.

True Colours Club
An arts-based, community building, social work supported group for 2SLGBTQ+ children ages 8-12. The program will begin in summer 2024 and provide 2SLGBTQ+ children to engage in art activities, form new friendships, and build self esteem and confidence in a fun, energetic environment. The group is supported by a registered social worker, a child and youth worker and an early childhood educator along with incredible local artists and performers! The program begins the first week of October, is free of charge and takes place in Hamilton Ontario
