Welcome! I can l work with you to help increase your awareness of the automatic thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that keep you feeling stuck. This is the first step towards changing unhelpful patterns in your life. I’m here to listen and help you learn to become curious about all parts of yourself; examine them with curiosity and self-compassion; begin to understand how your parts and patterns developed; and finally, to work towards getting unstuck. This creates greater flexibility and conscious choice over how you respond to external events in your life.
I don't believe in a one-size fits all approach, so I use an integrated style of therapy that incorporates tools from evidence-based interventions, including relational psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness, and others types of therapy. I also have extensive training and experience in trauma treatment.
Need a little extra support? You don't have to do it alone. If you're curious about therapy and feel like we may be a good fit, please reach out to schedule a free 15 minute consultation.
