I am deeply interested in how the nervous system shapes our experience. Through blending the philosophies of science and spirit, I offer a perspective on healing that considers the dualities of life while fostering a whole-body approach. Together, we can cultivate a deeper sense of connection not only to ourselves and others but also to life. I primarily work with adults who are experiencing any of the following: anxiety, disconnected relationships (with self & others), existential questions, and life transitions.

My approach is rooted in somatics, attachment theory, and mindfulness. In other words, I recognize how our nervous system is influenced by our environment, our relationships, and how emotions can create patterns of stress in the body.
