About
Life can be tough, but remember, so are you. From depression, anxiety, postpartum and parenting issues, or unexpected loss, I can help. These challenges can feel almost impossible to handle, especially on your own. Let me help you navigate these difficulties.
Having transitioned from an Ontario Certified Teacher to Registered Psychotherapist, I have years of experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and individuals as they meet the challenges of life head-on. Using evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I provide a safe, caring, and non-judgmental space.
I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University. Working both in-person and virtually out of Martel and Mitchell Rehabilitation, please call to book your appointment today.
