I am a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, who specializes in providing clinical counselling services to adolescents and young adults.
I have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and I use a multi-modal approach that is strengths-based and trauma-informed. Over the past 11 years, I have worked as a mental health therapist in hospitals, secondary and outreach schools, and within the university system.
I believe that every person possesses the coping skills they seek, but sometimes, individuals need help rediscovering and expanding their strengths and recognizing their resilience, and that's what I'm here for. I look forward to connecting with you, learning from you, and hopefully, having you learn from me too!
