I offer individual therapy and counselling (for concerns such as trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, veterans, first responder families, stress, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship challenges) and perinatal therapy (during pregnancy, postpartum, early parenthood) . I believe in a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy and offer practical skills to help you manage life’s challenges more effectively. I aim to provide a welcoming space, explore inner strengths, help turn down the volume on painful thoughts and feelings, and help you work towards building a meaningful life in line with your own values and goals.
I practice from a trauma informed lens using modalities such as EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, also drawing on other approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have also completed specialized training in PMAD’s (Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders) and Perinatal Psychotherapy.
