About
I am a psychotherapist and a licensed couple and family therapist. I was the winner of the award for clinical excellence for couple and family therapy from McGill University 2019. I received a Master's in psychology in 2009. My main area of focus is trauma and how it impacts adult individuals and couples. I understand that right now you may feel that as though you have too much on your plate and that you are struggling to balance all of life's demands. I believe that many people do not take the time to focus on themselves and invest in their emotional well- being.
I would love to bring your focus back through consistent support, feedback and providing tools to help you cope with relationships that appear overwhelming and strained. I use somatic interventions and I am level 1 and 2 trained in sensorimotor psychotherapy for trauma and attachment. EMDR level 1 and 2 training in progress.
I would like to be able to walk with you on your journey of self healing. You have the potential in you to transform and let go of old destructive patterns that no longer benefit you. Feel free to contact me for a free phone consultation. I wish you clarity and success on your journey of self discovery.
