I work with people who are ready feel differently.

I provide a comfortable, down to earth and safe environment. Together we will develop tools to manage stress and reduce anxiety, identify ways to improve relationships, and explore strengths that can be leveraged to increase satisfaction and fulfillment.

Life is hard. Sometimes what we need most is someone to listen. I will work with you to bring a new perspective to the challenges you are facing, but above all you will feel seen and heard.
