I work with adults who are struggling with life transitions (including career and education planning) anxiety, stress management, relationships, parenting issues, and grief. My areas of interest and experience include supporting parents and caregivers whose child(ren) or youth are neurodivergent, have special needs and/or a life changing diagnosis, as well parents whose children are struggling with mental health issues, behavioral challenges, and learning disabilities. In my therapeutic practice I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental counselling relationship that offers acceptance, warmth, and compassion.
