I believe healing takes root in spaces filled with compassion, courage, and honest connection. Even in the darkest places, I strongly believe there is always hope. Together, we will uncover what's been breaking you and strengthen what will help you stand. This is the beginning, a place to reclaim your voice, honor your story and move toward wholeness.
With almost a decade of experience as dietitian and a Masters in Counseling Psychology, you can expect evidence-based best practices, a safe space and a tailored, personalized approach to fit your unique needs and experiences.
As a dietitian and counsellor, I specialize in counselling for eating disorders, divorce/separation, betrayal trauma, life transitions, spiritual abuse, domestic abuse, trauma/PTSD, and anxiety. I offer practical tools, evidence based best practice, safety and compassion to aid you in your goals and live with greater peace, authenticity, and self-trust.
I offer a warm, collaborative space where your story is met with curiosity, compassion, and respect. My approach is violence-informed, grounded in safety, hope and connection; shaped by my professional training and lived experiences of trauma. I get it, you have been through so much and I honor and deeply respect your courage in getting your life back.
