I strive to create a safe space for my clients to explore their concerns with compassion and acceptance. My goal is to make you feel supported, to validate your experiences and to provide information and skills to help you meet your goals in a way that is realistic and manageable. Everyone learns and processes differently, so I use a variety of therapeutic modalities. Depending on your hopes for therapy, we will develop a plan that is unique to you and may draw from various approaches.
I work with adults, couples and parents to navigate a wide range of challenges including trauma, addiction, chronic pain and illness, as well as anxiety, mood and personality disorders. In addition to this, as a neurodivergent professional myself, I am passionate about supporting adults with ADHD or parents struggling with ADHD in their homes.
Whether you are new to counselling or have accessed similar services before, if you are struggling with something specific or want to explore areas for development, or if you just want to learn more about therapy or yourself, I would love to connect and see if I can help you reach your goals.
