The Self calls to us in many ways. Life may feel destabilized, old patterns may be breaking, and a sense of urgency or confusion can arise. I'm a diploma candidate Jungian Analysis (Zürich). At its essence, analysis is a process of remembering - uncovering what lies beneath the limiting beliefs, inherited narratives, and protective patterns that have kept the most authentic aspects of our being hidden.
I have worked extensively with those experiencing suicidal ideation, depressive episodes, disordered eating, general/acute anxiety and survivors of sexualized violence.
