Many of my clients have long felt as though they’re navigating life in darkness, while others are confronted with sudden shadows brought on by loss, transition, or depression. Some come to therapy seeking deeper understanding, driven by a desire for a more enriched and meaningful life. Regardless of the source of your pain, I am here to accompany you through it. By learning to listen to the voice within, we can step into our fullest selves with grace and acceptance. Areas of support include trauma, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, spiritual crises, and relational conflict.
Alisa is a training candidate and the C.G Jung Institute in Zürich. She offers a psychoanalytic approach to therapy. Many clients choose weekly, long term support while others may choose short term therapy. Alisa welcomes clients of all religious and spiritual backgrounds. She currently works with youth and adults.
Finding the right therapist can be a daunting undertaking. Many of the clients I work with are interested in the unique and in-depth approach of Jungian analysis (dream work, sand tray) somatic integration and spiritual frameworks.
