If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and without direction, finding a supportive, knowledgeable and safe psychologist is a great first step. In your search for one, I am happy to answer any questions you have while looking for a good fit.
I work with a diverse population, presenting with a wide range of concerns. These include depression, anxiety, social phobia, health anxiety, chronic illness, trauma (childhood and recent), grief, anger, stress, burn out, relationship issues, and loss of identity.
