I work with individuals (12+), couples and families who are navigating childhood trauma, anxiety and relationship challenges. Many of the people I support feel weighed down by old patterns, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to create the kind of relationships they want. My role is to provide a safe space where we can slow down, and explore those experiences with curiosity. My approach is gentle, reflective and exploratory. I integrate a trauma-informed and somatic perspective, paying close attention to how your body holds stress, memory and emotion.
Together, we look at how your experiences and certain parts of you influence the ways you relate to yourself and others. Through this work, we aim to strengthen emotional regulation, deepen self-understanding, and create more ease in relationships.
I see therapy as a collaborative process - one that unfolds at your own pace and honors both your strengths and your struggles. My goal is to help you build awareness, develop tools for regulation and foster a more secure, compassionate connection with yourself and those around you.
