It can feel frustrating, isolating and even unsafe trying to work through these experiences on your own. If you are struggling to understand and cope with the trauma you’ve lived through, I can help. I have extensive experience working with individuals to create change and reach resolution in their lives, particularly when it comes to experiences of trauma and abuse. My approach is compassionate, person-centred and non-judgmental and I hope to support you in making meaningful change.
My practice is embedded in a feminist, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive framework using elements of EMDR, IFS, DBT, psychodynamic and attachment-based psychotherapies. I am passionate about examining and disrupting the systems that allow violence and abuse to occur.
