Past experiences, and overwhelming thoughts and feelings can make it very difficult to recognize your strengths. Often, stressful situations and environments make it difficult to believe things can get better. You deserve to have the opportunity to feel understood, seen, and appreciated for exactly who you are, and to work towards the things that you care about most.
It has been a privilege to spend over 5 years listening to individuals’ and families’ stories and supporting them in addressing these overwhelming feelings and experiences. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed and anti-racist stance, I work to support clients in addressing their concerns while also bringing joy and fun into our sessions.
I recognize it is very difficult to ask for support, and to participate in a therapy process. I always welcome your feedback so that I can do my best to foster an environment that feels comfortable, safe, and collaborative. I am happy to set up a consult call if you would like to test the waters before booking a session. I truly look forward to meeting you!
