I've been offering psychotherapy for the last 15 years -primarily working with men and women struggling with anger, communication, conflict and those wanting to build better a relationship with themselves and others. Therapy is an important step towards reaching that milestone of self love and wholeness. Therapy with me will explore examining your wants and needs and establishing a course to get you there in a timely fashion. With me, conflict isn't ever the problem; its how it’s handled. I'm a an author and speaker on the topic of Anger and Relationships and I bring a unique perspective on working out unresolved emotions within ourselves and how it ultimately plays out in relationships. I've worked with hundreds of men and women that have found my approach to be lifesaving.
