I believe each of us possesses unique strengths that can help us in tough times and I'm committed to providing a safe, compassionate and nonjudgmental space for you to explore whatever is going on in your life at the moment. Having experienced profound grief in my own life, I will meet you where you are, at your own pace. In time, we can develop strategies that work for you.

I specialize in grief, anxiety, parenting, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression and couples counselling. I am trained in The Gottman Method (Level Two) and hold two Master's degrees in Sociology and Counselling Psychotherapy. I've completed over 30 professional trainings in the areas of narrative therapy, EFT, money management, narcissism, ACT and more.
