As a narrative therapist, I strive to help you better understand your story and write new chapters, despite what has happened to you. Having experienced profound grief in my own life, I will meet you where you are, at your own pace. Drawing from your strengths, I utilize integrative, evidence-based approaches tailored uniquely to you. Together, we can develop meaningful strategies that work.

Trained couples therapist (Gottman Level Two & EFT), 40+ professional trainings and two Master's degrees. Specialties: grief and loss, pet loss, couples, parenting, anxiety, stress, perinatal, perimenopause, PTSD, burnout. Modalities: attachment theory, narrative therapy, person-centered, ACT, CBT.
