Hello, thank you for reading my profile. My passion is to help you feel more fulfilled, empowered and present. Life is hard (and beautiful), trauma is real, and we live in a system of inequality that benefits only a small percentage of people. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to feel how you feel and better understand your thoughts, experiences and relationships. I believe we each possess unique inner strengths and resources to get out of our heads and into the moment. My personal, ongoing experience with grief allows me to meet you 'where you are', at your own pace as we co-develop strategies that work for you.
I am passionate about helping you to improve your relationships. I've completed 30+ trainings, including Level 1 & 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Narcissism, Emotionally Focused Training, and more. My two masters degrees and 10+ years in the non-profit sector has provided me with in-depth experience working with diverse populations.
I utilize an integrative, strengths-based approach drawing from narrative therapy and attachment theory to ensure you receive personalized care. I attend therapy myself and understand the challenges in being vulnerable. To me, life is an ocean with waves that rise and fall, and we can adapt and grow. I look forward to working with you.
