My work as a therapist is built on the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal when they feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe healing happens when we connect to ourselves, to others, and even to the messiest parts of our stories. Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship challenges, substance use, or simply need a space to process what’s happening in your life, I’m here to support you in exploring whatever comes up. Big emotions, difficult situations, and colorful language are welcome and encouraged; nothing is off the table in my sessions!
I hold a master’s degree in clinical social work and take an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy. I use a range of therapeutic modalities in session such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy to support your growth.
My own healing journey and long-term sobriety have greatly shaped my passion for this work. I know what it’s like to rebuild from the inside out, and I believe that no matter how stuck you may feel, healing is always possible.
