I believe that within all of us lies the potential to heal, to change, and to grow. Sometimes that potential gets clouded by the events in our lives and it can feel impossible to see a path forward. Maybe you’re feeling hopeless, or trapped in endless cycles of self-hatred. Maybe you’ve experienced things that were out of your control and are impacting the way you relate to yourself and exist in the world. Maybe you’re facing challenges related to trauma, fear, or shame, which have impacted the way you treat your body. That’s where I come in. Together, we will work towards creating the life that you want to live.
My practice is informed by the understanding that we all have many different parts inside of us that want to be seen and heard. When we create space for all the parts of ourselves to be witnessed with love and compassion, we will begin to experience healing and wholeness in a new way. I offer you a grounded, secure presence during this process.
I have experience working with eating disorders and disordered eating, trauma, life transitions, coming-of-age topics, LGBTQIA+ issues, anxiety and depression, and more.
