Together, we can create a plan that best suits your needs so you can live the life you want on YOUR terms.
As a counsellor and certified music therapist, I blend talk therapy with some creativity in my sessions. I value the deep connection that can be created through conversations, and music can be a beautiful tool to support emotional expression and processing. Whatever feels best to you, I'm happy to offer talk therapy, music therapy, or a mix of both :)
I care about making people feel comfortable; I won't push you, but when you're ready, I may gently challenge or try to stretch your perspective to see where it will take us. That said, I'll never force anyone to open up if they're not ready. I strive to create a place where you can feel welcome, brave to share and grow, and to feel and HEAL better.
