About
While recovery is challenging, one of my greatest passions in my job as a counsellor is helping clients develop tools and gain insight so that they no longer lean on disordered eating behaviours. My approach is compassionate and client centered, and I work with towards your goals in recovery. Having worked as a therapist at multiple eating disorder treatment programs (including treating ARFID), I apply these principles into my private practice.
I also work with clients who are struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as life transitions related to work and school. I am passionate about burnout prevention and care and work with client to create the best routines for them.
Through my work as a counsellor, I have also found creative art therapies extremely helpful in providing emotional insight and expression. The feedback I have receive from clients is that they like working with me because of my genuine and empathetic nature. Please reach out if you would like to set up a initial consultation.
