About
*Now accepting clients* For so many, the hardest part of therapy is putting themselves first. When you’ve come to the point of accepting that you need support in overcoming challenges in your life, you may feel overwhelmed, beat down, tired, and low. Many of my clients feel a sense of relief following the first session where they’ve taken the first step in improving their life, relationships, and happiness. Therapy is work, and requires dedication to the process and to yourself.
I completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Brock University and a Masters of Social Work degree with a mental health and health specialization from the University of Toronto.
I have several years experience working with individuals in crisis, struggling with their mental health, and those who have experienced trauma including grief, victims of crime, sexual assault, and domestic violence. You are not alone in your battle to overcome what is holding you down.
