About
There are probably many reasons as to why you arrived on this page. I am guessing that it may have something to do with you looking for some answers, direction, relief, peace, clarity, or perhaps to be reassured that you are “okay” and not going “crazy”. Am I on the right track? My aim is to walk by your side, providing a safe non-judgmental environment, so that you can begin exploring and making links between where you are stuck and where you want to be in your life. I believe that you are doing the best that you can in this moment with what you have. Can you do better? Sure, I believe we all can and that is where I can help you.
I believe that our past life experiences, attachments, and childhood adversity play a critical role in our present and future and that making connections from our past, in a safe way, can be incredibly helpful in becoming “unstuck”. I have been working with children, youth, adults, and families for over 20 yrs, via individual, family, and couple sessions.
I am continually working to be my best self so that I can continue to be passionate, empathic, and genuine in my work with my clients. I can truly say that I love what I do. I take an eclectic approach in my therapy and incorporate various approaches in my work.
