I work primarily with children (4+), adolescents/young adults, families, group, and Indigenous Peoples who face anxiety, depression, low self-esteem/confidence, school challenges, trauma/inter-generational trauma to name a few. I specialize in Wholistic Practice, an expressive and integrative social work approach that blends evidence-based therapy with the four parts of self: Spirit, Emotions, Mind, and Body. I offer Narrative Therapy, Sandplay Therapy, & Art Expression. These modalities allow clients to tell their stories either verbally or non-verbally, making my practice unique.
