I bring to my practice a welcoming and friendly personal style that puts clients at ease allowing them to communicate their needs and goals within a safe non-judgmental atmosphere. I worked in many clinical health care settings before venturing into private practice, which has brought into my work a well- breadth of clinical experience, including a wide array of therapeutic approaches, that I have successfully integrated while working with with hundreds of clients over the past 26 plus years.
For Individually therapy, you can expect 50 minute sessions (allowing for 10 minutes of documentation & planning for follow up session). For Couples Therapy, you can expect 60 minute sessions (allowing for 20 minutes of documentation & planning). I pride myself on being prepared for sessions providing quality care making the best use of your time.
Because many individuals, couples and families are unable (for many good reasons) to make it into office based appointments, I make myself available to provide online Zoom and phone sessions. I know it is often very difficult to reach out for help so I want to assure you that I will treat your personal circumstance with the utmost respect and confidence.
