I worked in many clinical health care settings before venturing into private practice, which has brought into my work a well- breadth of clinical experience, including a wide array of therapeutic approaches, that I have successfully integrated while working with with hundreds of clients over the past 26 plus years.
I pride myself on being prepared for sessions providing quality care making the best use of your time. I am a Level 3 trained Gottman Couples therapist and I spend every free moment seeking understand and improve how I can best serve every couple that places their trust in me.
Because many individuals, couples and families are unable (for many good reasons) to make it into office based appointments, I make myself available to provide online Zoom and phone sessions. I know it is often very difficult to reach out for help so I want to assure you that I will treat your personal circumstance with the utmost respect and confidence.
