Life can be overwhelming and it can be difficult to find meaning in who we are over who we are told we should be. No matter the issue, be it addressing major life changes, grief, sexuality, gender, building meaningful relationships and setting boundaries, or the stress of day-to-day living, having someone to help guide you on that journey can be helpful. There are societal benchmarks we are made to believe we must conform to and anyone who falls outside of that structure can be othered or alienated simply for being themselves, I am here to help you and/your partner(s) makes sense of that journey in whatever way is best for you.
My goal is to help you look within yourself and out into the world and find what is truly meaningful to you, and authentically and honestly work towards being that version of yourself. My own negative experiences with therapy have taught me the importance of active listening and putting clients preferences front and center in their care.
Finding the right therapist for your needs is so important and not everyone will fit those needs, my goal is to listen and build a space built on trust and authentic collaboration.
